  • Our work together starts with an initial call or meeting (sessions are are 45 minutes) where we get to know each other, discuss your family’s needs, and identify our goals. I’ll share my approach, answer questions, and recommend the best path forward.

During private sessions, we often focus on:

Behavioral Challenges: Understanding triggers, patterns, and strategies to support emotional regulation and reduce power struggles.

Discipline & Boundaries: Exploring why conflicts happen and building positive, connected ways to guide behavior.

Parenting Styles: Discussing each caregiver’s approach and offering strategies to help you align, communicate, and work as a team.

  • Absolutely! I work with neurodivergent children and guide adults during the academic day.
