Everyday Tools for

Big Feelings

Because feelings aren’t the problem;

not knowing what to do with them is.

Meet Eliza Ginsberg, LCSW

Child & Adolescent Therapist

I’m Eliza Ginsberg, LCSW, child and adolescent therapist, educator, and founder of kiddingwitheliza LLC. I created this platform to empower children and caregivers to build essential social-emotional skills and strengthen their ability to connect in real life.

To me, emotional education isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a lifelong foundation for well-being.

Through developmentally appropriate tools and creative, clinically grounded resources; I help children grow in self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and responsible decision-making. Everything I design is made for real life…whether you’re at home, in the classroom, or somewhere in between.

WHAT I TEACH

The Foundation of My Approach:

When we lead with understanding,

kids feel

safe to grow,

learn,

and be themselves.

CONNECT

We start by getting clear on what matters most.

Together, we’ll find tools and strategies that help your child (and you!) build self-awareness, confidence, and a toolkit towards calm.

REFLECT

Next, we slow down and notice what might be getting in the way.

Reflection helps us understand feelings, patterns, and moments that need a little extra care or a change in response.

REFINE

Growth takes practice.

Just like we practice skills for sports or academics, our social emotional skills require the same. We’ll keep learning, adjusting, and celebrating progress.
